About the Music:
Southern County Line:
Named the 2018 CMA of Texas Band Of The Year, Southern County Line has utilized it’s high energy, dynamic, crowd pleasing style to become one of the premier country music acts in the Houston area. They are also a part of a special Tribute to George Strait Show featuring Derek Spence; a recreation of a Strait show from the golden era of the 80’s & 90’s.
Southern County Line is made up of Chris Brade (2018 CMA of Texas Songwriter Of The Year) on lead vocals and acoustic guitar, Rick Carr (2018 CMA of Texas Instrumentalist Of The Year) on lead guitar and vocals, Jeremy Creed (2017 CMA of Texas Johnny Gimble Fiddle Player Of The Year) on fiddle, mandolin, and vocals, Joe Busa on drums, and Eric Tewes on bass guitar. The band will occasionally be joined by vocalists, Adam Berry, Keith Smith, and Tim Nichols.
SCL has shared the stage with Clay Walker, Ronnie Milsap, Mark Chesnutt, Stoney LaRue, Tanya Tucker, Roger Creager, Johnny Lee, Randy Rogers, Joe Nichols, Aaron Watson, Mark Wills, and many more.
The band continues to play at corporate events, wedding receptions, dance halls, Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo events, clubs, casinos, fairs, and festivals across Texas and surrounding states
Derek Spence:
This is the #1 International George Strait Tribute Production in the world. Derek Spence captures the look, sound, and mannerisms of “The King of Country” in such amazing detail, that even Texan’s have a difficult time telling the difference (please see the comments section)! Having grown up in Texas, with over 25 years of Entertainment experience as a performer (vocalist/guitarist), production manager, and director, Derek knows what it takes to make it an extremely “real” experience for all audiences.

RAIN POLICY

In the event of rain, we will move the concert indoors.

When indoors, the concert seating will change to long tables of seating with a small dance floor. We will keep group reservations together, however, other groups may be seated on either side of yours. If we do anticipate rain, through local weather channels, we will be limiting the attendees to a total of 200. The first 200 purchasers of covered patio tickets and reserved tickets will be able to attend. Everyone else will be able to transfer their ticket or receive a refund. You will be notified through email and/or a phone call with your options. The decision to move indoors will be made TWO days prior to the event.

Due to the ever-changing weather in Houston, there may be an occurrence of moving indoors last minute.  If this is the case, we will (1) seat the season pass/covered patio/reserved ticket holders in the chronological order that ticket reservations were made online, (2) general admission will either be seated on the covered patio or in extra seating indoors.

These decisions are made based on the variables of each concert. Refunds may be given, but no refunds will be processed once the main event has started.
