Owners
While traveling through Italy, France, Australia, New Zealand and other exotic lands, Larry and Karen began to dream about beautiful vineyards and perhaps even making wine. That dream became a reality in 2009 when Wild Stallion Vineyards was born!
Come and visit WSV and capture the vision that we have cast. It is our hope that you will want to gather around friends–both old and new–and family and make a lifetime of unforgettable memories with us.
Payton Kircher
Event Manager

Payton graduated in 2019 at Stephen F. Austin State University with a bachelors in Hospitality Administration with a focus on Event Planning. Payton, her husband Zac, and fur baby Kobe moved to the Woodlands to pursue their careers and be closer to family. She loves planning events, and creating experiences for people to remember forever!

Ashley Hammerschmidt
Event Coordinator
Ashley is a Dallas Baptist University graduate with a Bachelors of Art in Psychology with double minors in Sociology and Business Management.

Erin McPherson
Event Coordinator
Erin grew up in Fredericksburg, TX “Wine Country” of the southern states, so wine is in her blood. She moved to The Woodlands to attend nursing school at Sam Houston State University in pursuit of obtaining her BSN, RN. While she is currently enrolled in the nursing program, she doesn’t skip a beat to put her heart and soul into planning events for WSV.

After several years of retirement from oil companies, Joel & Sue are now fully engaged in following one of their live’s greatest pleasures… Sharing their passion for fantastic wines with Wild Stallion Vineyard Wine Club members and tasting room visitors. Their attention to detail and hospitality provides our wine club members and visitors with and an extraordinary wine tasting and club membership experience.

Michael Baudat
Executive Chef
Having found a love for cooking at 8 years old, Michael has been in a continuous pursuit to create delicious food for the majority of his life. Aside from being a full time banquet chef producing food for concerts, weddings, and private events; Michael spends his free time as a private chef creating personalized meals and also established his own business in 2017 creating and selling a variety of gourmet scratch made salsas via his website
